BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

*If you have traveled via commercial plane, bus or train in the last 14 days, you must provide proof of vaccination or wait 14 days after to come into the salon. Update as of 5/18/21

If you are experiencing any of these symptoms, please call within 24-48 hours to reschedule your appointment:

  • Fever or chills

  • Cough

  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing

  • Fatigue

  • Muscle or body aches

  • Headache

  • New loss of taste or smell

  • Sore throat

  • Congestion or runny nose

  • Nausea or vomiting

  • Diarrhea

 I will also ask you to reschedule your appointment if:

  • You have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 14 days.

  • You came into contact with a person who tested for COVID-19 in the past 14 days.

DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT
 

 

  • Doors are currently unlocked to the building, but please wait outdoors and text me once you arrive- do not call. Wait outside until I come to get you.

 

  • Please fill out the required covid waiver before your appointment, within 24 hours of your start time.

 

  • I will also ask you to sanitize your hands upon entering.

 

  • YOU MUST WEAR A MASK before entering the building. Please bring a mask to wear and use during your appointment. If you do not have one, I will provide one for you. 

 

  • Please do not bring anyone else with you to your appointment.  

 

  • I will no longer be able to provide amenities such as magazines, coffee, and water.

 

  • And once again, if you are feeling sick, please stay home and we will reschedule your appointment.

 

I am very diligent on cleaning our studio space, but you can expect to see me cleaning even more, before and after every client and especially frequently touched surfaces, and all tools I use for services. 

 

If you would like to buy product, I will grab them for you and sanitize for you as well. 

 

I will be checking in with myself and taking my temperature daily to ensure I am well. In the event, that I am not feeling well, I will let you know and we will have to cancel/reschedule appointments until further notice. 

 

And lastly, if you have any questions at all, any specific accommodations,  please do not hesitate to reach out to me via text at 650 383 7006. I am here for you and want to make this as comfortable and easy as possible. 

Please complete this waiver within 24 hours of your appointment.
